I’m Mitchell White, an AI educator and GCAR’s 2026 Instructor of the Year. I’m also the technology director at Next Level and the builder of RealTeaCRM.

My approach is patient and practical. We start where you are, work through real questions, and give you room to practice. My goal is for you to leave feeling more confident about what AI can do for your brokerage and where you still need to stay involved.
