This notice describes the Mitch & Milo studio website. Product websites, including RealTeaCRM, provide their own privacy information.
Information you send us
The general studio contact form collects your name, your idea or message, and an optional email address. The brokerage inquiry form requires your name, email, brokerage name, team size, biggest AI concern, and desired outcome. The submission also includes your browser's user-agent information. The form is designed to store submissions using Supabase so the studio can review and respond to inquiries. If the form is unavailable, you can contact Mitchell by email.
Call scheduling
Call scheduling takes place on Google Calendar. The booking form collects your name, email, brokerage name, team size, biggest AI concern, and desired outcome so Mitchell can prepare for your call. Google processes appointment details and provides the booking confirmation and Google Meet joining information. Please review the information shown by Google before confirming. Sending a website inquiry does not book an appointment.
Website hosting
The website is hosted on Vercel. Hosting and email services process the technical information needed to deliver the site and your messages, such as network requests. Please avoid including confidential client records, passwords or sensitive personal information in an initial inquiry.
Display preference
If you choose a light or dark theme, this browser stores that preference locally so it is remembered on your next visit.
